The following will help any Clogger learn the Basic movements of Clogging.
This information will also be permanently saved on the following tab of this website - Video Lessons.
It will especially be helpful to those dancers who haven't started from the first lesson to get their feet under them. Of course we are here to help you in anyway so please feel free to contact us or approach us at lessons for more help.

In Australia, Clogging is governed by Clogging Australia. 

The website has a copy of many of the cue sheets for dances 

we will teach and you can look at these anytime.

At the end of each video the teacher Fran Tellor will mention going to her website to purchase items such as DVD's and Shoes. They are an American group therefore if you would like to purchase shoes or other items please contact us so we can arrange purchases from our Australian Supplier.

Lesson One: Learn Rhythm and Basic Movements such as Step, 

Basic (without double toe step), Double Basic and Triple.

Lesson Two: Double Toes, Double Toe Steps, Basics, Double Basic & Triple.

Lesson Three: Basic, Triple, Double Basic, Routine: Boogie Basic (same as our Rocking Basic),  Fancy Double, Brush up & Rocking Chair. (also how to turn a Rocking Chair)

Lesson Four: Clogover Vine (slightly different to the Australian Version but has the same steps)

Drag, Heel Flap, Turkey, Pivot (same as our Basketball Turn).
